Where is my order?
If you have a Royal Mail tracking number, you can track the progress of your delivery via the Royal Mail tracking tool: www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
If you have a DPD tracking number, the same can be done here: https://www.dpd.co.uk/service
If you have not received a confirmation email with a tracking number included, it is likely that your order has not been accepted. Please check your method of payment to confirm that a payment has been made.
If you placed your order after 3pm, or out of office hours, (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm) your order will not be processed until the next working day. This includes ‘Next day delivery’.
Choosing the ‘Next day delivery’ option will mean your order is delivered the Next Working Day, (Monday - Friday), providing the order is placed before the 3pm cut-off. Selecting ‘Next day delivery’ on a friday will result in a Monday delivery. If you would like to receive your order on a Saturday, please choose our ‘Saturday Delivery’ Option.

Choosing the ‘Next day delivery’ option will mean your order is delivered the Next Working Day, (Monday - Friday), providing the order is placed before the 3pm cut-off. Selecting ‘Next day delivery’ on a friday will result in a Monday delivery. Ordering after 3pm on a Friday, and selecting ‘Saturday delivery’, will result in the order being delivered the following Saturday, (8 days after the order date).

How do I use my review points?
Review points can be redeemed in the Review points tab of your account. Go to Hello, [Your Name] > Review Points. Use the exchange tool to convert your points into vouchers to spend online. Please note, order totals must exceed the total of the voucher in order to work. For example, a £10 voucher can only be used on an order totalling £10.01 or more.
Do you price match?
Unfortunately we do not price match. We aim to provide you with great value across our range.
When will you have this product in stock?
When a product is out of stock, you can request to be notified upon re-stock, by clicking the ‘Notify me’ button, which is located in absence of the ‘Add to basket’ Button.
We aim to restock big brands within a few weeks, but due to overseas shipping, this can vary.
I am not happy with the product I ordered.
If you are unhappy with the taste of your product, unfortunately this is not within our control. However, we value our customers greatly, so please contact us if you are displeased, and we will try our best to rectify the issue.
If the condition of the product is effected, for example, a powdered product has lumps, please check whether this is typical for this product, as some supplements have various ingredients which alter the texture.
If the packaging of your product is damaged, please be sure that you did not order an item from our discounted ‘damaged product’ range.
In the case that a product is truly unsatisfactory, we can perform a swap, or provide a refund once we receive your return.
Why did my order fail?
Your order may have failed due to payment issues. Please check your method of payment to confirm a payment has been made. If no payment has been made, and you have not been charged, the order will not have gone through. Orders can fail for numerous reasons, including: Incorrect weight for overseas shipping, in-sufficient funds, closing the internet browser before payment is complete.
Why have I not received order confirmation?
If you have not received a confirmation email, it is likely that either the order has not gone through, or the email address is incorrect. If the order has not gone through, this could be due to payment issues, please check your method of payment to ensure a payment has been made. Please also check your account’s order history, to confirm the order has been placed. If the email is incorrect, the order will be processed as usual.
Why has my email not been responded to?
If you have sent us an email outside of our office hours, it will not be responded to until our office hours resume. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. Please note, we are regularly very busy with email correspondence, we appreciate your patience.

Can I try a sample before purchase?
We are unable to provide free samples of products, unless an order is placed. Our new sample points scheme allows you to choose what samples you are going to receive with your order. There are no shipping methods available for my order.

I received the wrong product/flavour, what do I do?
If you have mistakenly received an incorrect product or flavour, please get in touch with us via: getnutried.co.uk, or on 01904 486330, to notify us of the mistake. Before getting in touch, please check your order, to confirm that a product selection mistake has not been made, as this is a regular occurence.
Can you give me health/fitness advice?

My discount code is not working.
Please note, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with existing discounts, for example: Deals of the week, Short-Date, damaged products and more.

I put the wrong delivery address, what do I do?
As soon as you are aware of a mistake in your delivery address, please let us know. The sooner we are aware of an issue of this nature, the faster we can get your order on track.
If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend the details.
If your order is already out for delivery to the incorrect address, we will need to wait for the order to return, before we can resend it to the correct address.
